Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Chotekisan Wallet. By adding money to, or paying from, your wallet you agree to them.
Using the Wallet
- Your wallet balance can be used only to pay for orders and subscriptions on Chotekisan.
- You choose at checkout whether to use your wallet. Nothing is taken from it unless you do.
- If your balance does not cover the full amount, you can pay the rest by Cash on Delivery or online.
- Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another person or withdrawn as cash.
Adding Money
- You can add money through the online payment options shown.
- Money appears in your wallet once your payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, no money is added, and any amount debited is returned by your bank or payment provider.
Cashback and Rewards
- Reward points become wallet balance when you choose Claim to Wallet.
- Once claimed, points cannot be converted back.
Cancellations and Refunds
- If an order is cancelled before delivery, everything you paid for it, from your wallet and online, is returned to your wallet.
- Refunds to the wallet appear in your transactions as Amount Refund.
General
- We may limit how much can be added or held in a wallet.
- We may suspend a wallet if we find misuse.
- For any question about a transaction, contact us with its Transaction ID.
Help
It is a balance in your account that you can use to pay for orders and subscriptions. It holds money you add, cashback you claim from rewards, and refunds.
Open My Wallet, choose Add Money, enter an amount and complete the payment. The money appears in your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed.
At checkout, switch on "Use wallet balance". If the balance covers the full amount, the order is placed straight away. If not, the wallet pays what it can and you pay the rest by Cash on Delivery or online.
Whatever you paid for that order, from your wallet and online, is returned to your wallet. You will see it in your transactions as Amount Refund.
No. Money is added only when a payment is confirmed. If an amount was debited from your bank, it is returned by your bank or payment provider.
No. Wallet balance can only be used to pay for orders and subscriptions on Chotekisan.
